Recently I visited my mom in-law and she gave me some bush mangoes as a gift. I decided to prepare something really nice with them and am glad i did because the result was awesome.
Bush mangoes are widely known for their seeds, which is used in preparing soups especially here in my region but it can also be consumed as fruits. Some people eat both the peels and the pulp together but i love just the pulp while i process the seeds for another meal.

Out of curiosity, I decided to turn my bush mangoes into an amazing treat and see how it goes.
Let me quickly show you how i prepared it.

This experiment is amazing, the sugar found in the dough isn't too much, thereby allowing you to have the original taste of my sweet bush mangoes.
This is amazing.
