Yesterday I went to the market. When I went to the market, I suddenly saw a scene that seemed quite new and interesting to me. Different types of winter pitha were being made and sold on one side of the market. I was quite surprised to see this. Because the arrival of winter is not yet felt in that way, but the winter pitha shops have already started their activities.

Usually, pitha shops are seen in different places in our country when winter comes. The joy of eating hot pitha in the morning or evening of winter is different. Especially in cold weather, the taste of hot pitha seems to increase. Since childhood, our Bengalis have a kind of emotion associated with winter and winter pitha. So when I saw such a pitha shop in the market before winter came, I liked it quite a bit.

I noticed that pitha was being made in several ovens in the shop. The fire in the oven was burning, preparations were being made to make pitha, and the customers were also buying and eating the food of their choice. People of different ages were seen there. Some are standing and eating food, while others are waiting for the pitha to be made. All in all, a very lively atmosphere was created around the small shop.

What I liked the most was this natural, joyful atmosphere of people. Food shops are not just a place to buy and sell food, but also a part of the joy of many people's daily lives. There is also a kind of joy in standing and eating hot food with people you know or strangers in the midst of busy work.

In our country, the type of food also changes with the change of seasons. Seeing such shops opening before the winter season arrives, it seemed that businessmen may have started preparing for winter in advance. If there is interest from buyers, the pitha business can also run well during this time.

This little experience of going to the market yesterday was very good for me. Even in such a simple scene of the market, there are many beautiful moments of our daily lives hidden. I hope that when winter comes, these pitha shops will become more bustling and people will enjoy the taste of various types of winter pitha with their families and friends.
