Today, I cooked hilsa fish with great care for my family. To be honest, whenever I hear the name of hilsa fish, my family members are filled with joy. Everyone from young to old loves to eat this fish. The taste and aroma of hilsa fish are so wonderful that any dish cooked with it seems special to me. However, the way the price of hilsa fish has increased these days, it has become quite difficult for a middle-class family like us to buy this fish regularly.

A few days ago, my husband suddenly came home with a few hilsa fish. I felt quite happy seeing the fish. However, when he told me that the price of hilsa fish in the market is very high now, I understood why it is not possible to buy this fish whenever I want. To be honest, due to the increase in the price of daily necessities, ordinary family members have to calculate every expense. Even if they want, it is not possible to always buy their favorite food and feed the whole family.

Anyway, I did not delay any longer after getting a few hilsa fish. I cut and cleaned the fish nicely. Then I started cooking it my way with the necessary spices. While cooking, the whole kitchen was filled with the familiar scent of hilsa fish. While cooking the fish, I kept thinking, after a long time, today, my family will be able to eat hilsa fish with joy.

After cooking, I served hilsa fish with hot rice. My family ate the food with great satisfaction. My children were especially happy to eat hilsa fish. I also felt very happy seeing their joy. As a mother, there is a special satisfaction in cooking and feeding the family members their favorite food, which is difficult to express in words.

I think that to be happy, you don't always need expensive food or a lot of arrangements. Sometimes, even a small meal can bring a lot of joy to the whole family. After a long time, we all felt better today after eating hilsa fish. Hopefully, the price of fish will decrease a bit in the future and we will be able to buy this delicious fish again and eat it with the whole family.
