The beautiful aroma of spices wafting from the kitchen and the surroundings filled with the laughter of loved ones truly bring a unique joy. A home cooking event with family or friends is enough to make any ordinary day extraordinary. Today, on such a beautiful day, we all decided to cook chicken roast in a home style. Every step from cooking preparation to serving was very enjoyable and festive.

At the beginning of cooking, it was the turn of heating oil in a kadai and frying a large amount of chopped onions until they turned red. While stirring the onions with a spatula, the sound of oil and the sweet smell of onions created a wonderful atmosphere in the entire kitchen. When the onions turned light golden in color, ginger paste, garlic paste and the necessary hot spices were added and fried well. The aroma of spices doubled my interest in cooking.

Then, the pieces of meat that had been lightly fried with turmeric and a little spice were poured into the pan of minced spices. As the pieces of meat were mixed well with the spices and cooked on a low flame, a wonderful reddish broth began to emerge from the pan. Who wouldn't want to see the thick layer of spices on the meat? When the meat was boiling in the oven, the aroma rising from the surrounding area was attracting everyone.

After cooking, when the hot chicken was taken out of the pan into a roasting pan, it looked amazing. The soft, fluffy meat and the thick spices along with it promised to make every bite delicious. The feeling of everyone sitting together in a circle and eating the food with the hot meat and hot rice taken out of the pan was wonderful.

It is impossible to describe the joy of sharing that food with loved ones after cooking it with your own hands. Every bite of the food tasted delicious, as did the love shared by everyone. This wonderful feast ended with a chat and a cheerful atmosphere. Such beautiful and satisfying moments will remain vivid in the memories for a long time.
