Feeding children is often a big challenge for parents. They want different foods every day. What they like today may not be wanted tomorrow. But there are some foods that they always like. One of my daughter's favorite foods is this fried golden eggs. She loves to eat fried eggs like this. That's why I made this recipe today.
Eggs are a very familiar food in our daily lives. From breakfast to dinner, egg dishes can be served at all times. It is nutritious and easy to make. However, children can get bored of eating the same egg curry or ordinary fried eggs every day. Then, if you cook them a little differently, they eat them with interest. This fried golden eggs looks more beautiful than ordinary fried eggs and tastes different.
Today's recipe is very easy and can be made in a short time. First, I boiled a few eggs. Then I peeled the eggs. In a bowl, I mixed the eggs well with turmeric powder, a little salt and a little chili powder. The spiced eggs have a very beautiful yellow color.
Then, heat the oil in a kadai or pan. When the oil is hot, carefully drop the spiced eggs into the oil. Fry the eggs on medium heat and turn them over. Fry the eggs until the outer part of the eggs turns golden brown. The spices on the eggs will not burn, but the upper part of the eggs will be beautifully crispy. When all sides are fried evenly, remove the eggs from the oil. Delicious golden fried eggs are ready.
These fried eggs look amazing. The upper part is reddish-golden in color and the inside will be soft. See how the fried eggs in the bowl are shiny in the picture. Just looking at these golden eggs makes your mouth water. These fried eggs taste great with hot rice. Especially children like its color and taste. My daughter's eyes sparkle with joy when she sees this dish. And when she gets this golden fried egg, she easily finishes an entire plate of rice. As a mother, it is a great achievement for me to see my child eat to their satisfaction.
