Today, the whole day was spent busy with various technical tasks of the ATM machine. In the evening, at the end of the day, I suddenly received an urgent call from Islami Bank. After reaching there, I came to know that there was a loud noise inside their ATM booth and transactions were stopped. After investigating the situation, I realized that the problem was actually in the vacuum pump of the machine.

Basically, this vacuum pump is a very important part of the machine. It draws a certain amount of air inside the machine and creates a vacuum or void. Through this process, the notes are caught and delivered perfectly on the belt and later the money is given to the customer.

After identifying the problem, I carefully disassembled the various parts of the entire ATM machine one by one. Then I reached the faulty vacuum pump. I took out the old pump that was damaged very carefully and added a new pump there. The process of the work was quite complicated and delicate, which required a little more time. The mental satisfaction was immense when the transaction was able to resume after patiently completing the entire integration process perfectly.

As an engineer, it is a great pleasure to be able to successfully resolve a complex technical error and restore customer service to normal. Today's wonderful work experience will motivate me to move forward with more confidence in my professional life and face new challenges.
