Assalamu Alaikum. I am starting my post today with the wish of good health to everyone. Today I am here with a post after completing the work of a machine again. We constantly face new challenges in technical work and the experience of each work helps greatly in increasing the scope of work. As part of our daily work, we have to regularly carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of various banking equipment, which has to be done with great precision and patience.

Today, very early in the morning, after going to a machine, I saw a problem with the card reader. Here, basically, after giving the card, it is taking the card inside and leaving marks on the card. So, when such a problem occurs, customers usually have to face a very embarrassing situation. When customers come to avail banking services, such mechanical faults cause extreme discomfort for them. If the card reader does not work properly, there is a risk of the customer's personal card getting stuck or damaged, which has a negative impact on banking services. Therefore, it was very important to identify and solve this problem quickly.

I decided to open the card reader and observe it carefully. The whole process has to be handled very carefully because the internal parts of the machine are very sensitive. So after opening the entire card reader, I saw that the sensors inside the throat were dirty and due to the dirt, it could not detect the position of the card properly. Due to long-term use, dust particles and various kinds of dirt accumulate in the air, reducing the effectiveness of the sensors. So, due to not being able to detect the position, it either takes the cards inside or makes holes in the cards. Due to this small error, the normal functioning of the entire system was being disrupted.

Anyway, I tried for about an hour to clean all the sensors of the entire card reader and reconnect them. While cleaning, each part was looked at very carefully so that no kind of connection was disconnected or damaged. Alhamdulillah, the card reader of this machine has been fixed and transactions are currently being processed here. When I saw the machine return to its normal state at the end of the work, all the fatigue of the work disappeared in an instant. Later, after inserting a few cards experimentally, it was confirmed that it is now working perfectly.

Anyway, I thought I need to share this experience with you. So I shared the experience. I hope you liked my post today. Knowing the small things of such technical work makes everyone's idea clear. Such experience during work helps to easily handle any big complications in the future. I will try to share the experience of such new work with you in the future as well. Everyone stay well and stay healthy. I am leaving here wishing everyone good health.

This was my arrangement for today. I hope you liked the pictures I took and the nature observations. Wishing everyone good health, I bid you farewell here today.
