Yesterday I went to troubleshoot a card reader on a machine. When I went there, I checked the card reader and found that the capture roller of the card reader was damaged, due to which the machine was unable to read the card. This capture roller is an important part that takes the card into the machine and helps in reading it.

To change the roller, I had to open the entire card reader. This was a complicated task, because the card reader consists of many small parts. Each part had to be opened carefully so that no part was lost or damaged. Finally, I removed the damaged roller and installed a new roller.

After setting everything up again, I turned on the machine and checked that the card reader was now working properly. After working for about an hour, the machine was back up and running. I faced some challenges while working because the parts are very small and they had to be worked on delicately. But in the end, I was very happy to get the machine working properly. This work experience was a learning experience for me and it will help me to work more efficiently in the future. When the machine was back in operation at the end of the work, I felt peace of mind. It was a challenging task but the result was very good.
