Today was a very challenging and exciting experience. A difficult problem of software crash occurred at an ATM booth of the bank. Usually, when the software crashes, the machine restarts itself repeatedly and it can never go to live transactions until the entire process is completed properly.

Realizing the seriousness of the situation, I quickly started the setup process again through the recovery process without any delay. After a while, the first step of the software setup was completed, but suddenly I had to face a new setback. Although the printer was shown in the list of drivers and devices, the printer was not physically active in the system application, due to which no receipt was being printed.

This was a very subtle and confusing problem from a technical point of view. However, without losing patience, I reviewed the entire process again and completed the software setup again for the second time. After the second process, the system self test was performed and it was found that all the parts and devices were connected properly and the printer was working perfectly.

Finally, a test transaction was performed on the machine and it was found that the transaction was being completed successfully and the receipt was being printed out perfectly. I got great professional satisfaction from being able to fully activate the machine and prepare it for customer service. The real joy of the job lies in solving all the complex technical problems perfectly.
