Today I went to complete the live test of an ATM machine. Usually, various complex and unknown problems arise in such live test areas. It becomes difficult to guess at first glance or suddenly where the real fault is hidden. As a result, perfect observation is required to investigate the entire matter.

As soon as I stood in front of the machine and started the test, it was seen that no electrical power was reaching it. That is, the entire machine was completely dull and turned off. When I was sure that there was no power connection to the machine at all, I started working to find the root cause. I started testing by measuring the voltage in each different part of the entire machine with a digital meter. It took a lot of time to check the electrical points and circuits one after another.

After patiently checking the voltage on each line for a while, finally the main problem was caught in front of me. I saw that the main power socket of the machine was burnt from the inside. Due to the burning of this power socket, the power flow in the entire system was stopped and the machine could not be started.

After I was able to catch the source of the problem in time, I took a quick decision without wasting any more time. I immediately connected a new and good quality power socket there neatly. After installing the new socket, Alhamdulillah, I was able to run the entire ATM machine successfully and the system became operational again.
