I started my today's event by wishing everyone good health. As you all know, I am an engineering technician and working in field service support. To be honest, I have to work on different types of ATM machines and these machines are very complex and sensitive. I have to be very careful while working here because even a small mistake can cause big problems. As part of my daily professional duties, I recently received a special call which was regarding an ATM machine. It is basically an S series model machine of City Bank and its setup is of rear access nature where there is a cash withdrawal facility from the front and the main body and mechanism of the entire machine are securely enclosed inside the wall.

Working inside such a complex and enclosed structure is really challenging. The complex problem that I found when I went to this machine was that the AC motor pump inside it was completely damaged due to which the normal functioning of the ATM was being disrupted. After identifying the problem, I did not waste any time and opened the entire pump mechanism very carefully and brought it down. The internal parts are so meticulously and intricately arranged that great care must be taken when opening each part. After removing the mechanism, I completely disassemble the original damaged pump and prepare to install the new pump. To be honest, this is a very delicate and time-consuming task. Fitting the new AC motor pump correctly, keeping the wire connections in place, and maintaining the correct alignment of the gears and belts of the mechanism is a matter of patience.

After about an hour and a half of continuous and tireless effort, I was able to change this AC motor pump very successfully. After changing the pump, I reassembled the entire system and tested its performance and Alhamdulillah, I was able to successfully transition. After the machine was fully operational, relief returned and ATM service returned to normal. Every successful task in our profession brings a new experience and joy. When a complex problem can be solved after overcoming various adversities, the real meaning of the work is found. I am very happy to share this work experience with you today.
