If steaming hot samuchas come to mind during a lazy afternoon or during a tea party, your mind will instantly feel better. Samuchas undoubtedly occupy the top spot in the list of popular and well-known foods in our country. It is highly appreciated by everyone from young to old. The atmosphere of this afternoon was somehow surrounded by laziness. Right then, I decided to fill the afternoon with warm and crispy samuchas.

When the hot and crispy samuchas wrapped in polythene packets were placed on the table, their crispy texture and tempting appearance made my tongue water. The golden color, the crispy shell and the presence of warm filling inside captivated my mind at first sight. The familiar and familiar aroma of hot samuchas spread throughout the air of the room, which increased my hunger many times over in one go.

As soon as I picked up a samucha with my hand, I realized how crispy and perfectly fried it was. The smoky sound that came as soon as I took the first bite was nothing less than a sweet melody.
