Sometimes in the hustle and bustle of urban life, it feels good to be close to nature. And nature is not only in the trees or mountains but also in our daily food. I will tell you about one such experience today that brought me peace while going to the market.

As soon as I woke up in the morning, I felt the need to bring some fresh vegetables. The thought was the work. As soon as I went to the nearby market, my mind felt better. Fresh vegetables of various colors floated before my eyes. It felt as if the whole nature had come and captured it here.

A small shop caught my eye in one corner of the market. It was very neatly arranged. There was no glitter in the shop, but the freshness of the vegetables was noticeable from a distance. Some sacks were beautifully spread on the ground and vegetables were carefully arranged on them. It looked as if they had just been picked from the field.

As soon as I went in front of the shop, the first thing that caught my eye was the banana leaves. A few purple mochas are hanging from the branches. You can tell they are very fresh by looking at them. Right next to them, a bunch of kachur leaves is beautifully tied. The green leaves are still wet with the morning dew.

It is difficult to control the greed after seeing this fresh look of vegetables. When I asked the shopkeeper, he told me the price of the vegetables with a smile. Not only mocha and kachur leaves, but there were many other types of vegetables in the shop. Red leaves, poon leaves, and palan leaves—everything seemed so fresh that it was ready to be eaten right away.

This ordinary market actually sends a special message. Nature has a great contribution behind the food we eat every day. In the era of artificiality and fertilizer-filled food, these fresh vegetables are like a promise of our health. Fresh food keeps both our mind and body healthy.

While buying the vegetables, it seemed that it is possible to find such freshness even among the bricks and stones of the city. All that is needed is the desire to take a little time and find good things.

When I was returning home after the market, I felt a sense of peace as I looked at the fresh vegetables in my bag. This ordinary day seemed to become special. It seemed that our lives should become a little more lively with this gift of nature. Eating fresh food is a little attention to our health. These simple moments, without getting lost in the city crowd, make our lives beautiful.
