Let's start this post by announcing the winners of the community challenge: "A Birthday Cake" (Third anniversary), in which 17 proposals were submitted, all very delicious, and best of all, totally vegan recipes.

In this edition, we have received very good entries, and in recognition of the effort, originality and dedication that you have had in your publications, we will award the announced prizes. In addition, each participant received:

For our third anniversary, @hindavi has pleasantly surprised us with a beautiful cake, and nothing more and nothing less than a 100% vegan three-tier chocolate cake, a super cake! The one that she has made from scratch with great love, even making the decorations that she places on the cake. We were really surprised by the care and detail with which she presents this recipe in a very detailed post, explaining step by step how to make this wonder, which in addition to being delicious is a spectacular cake. Without a doubt, she deserves first place in this contest!

On this occasion @lizelle has joined the vegan birthday celebration, and gave us an incredible strawberry and passion fruit cake, which has two layers of vanilla sponge cake, with two fillings: lemon zest/vanilla cream and passion fruit sauce , and covered with a slightly sweet vanilla cream, decorated with strawberries, a delicious, colorful and beautiful cake, which she shared in a great post, where she explains this recipe in detail; so it undoubtedly deserves second place in this contest.

We wanted to share the second place in this contest with @marlyncabrera, who although she participated just at the limit, presented us with a beautiful and delicious cake, with many layers of flavor, a fruit cake, in which she combined many elements in a way masterly.
